New grandma and grandpa zombies?

That is a really good looking POI.

I hope that the phrase "hundreds of new and updated POIs" doesn't go unnoticed. There is a ton of new content in the game for A21. I know some people won't be satisfied if the new content isn't a new zombie, weapon, or vehicle but hundreds of new places to explore are great!

wow that is t5, not that large so must be full of harder dangers

I think the size is a bit deceptive due to the aerial shots. It's at least 2 floors and a roof- I'm betting probably a basement layer too; Plus the grounds themselves. Just looking at the front where there's a bus dwarfed by the entryway is a pretty good tell that it's a pretty large POI overall... Just perhaps not as large as something like dishong tower. Probably is more dense on the danger compared to that monster.

Definitely looks awesome though- I wanna make it into my base :winter2019happyyul: Thanks for sharing Jost.

The one thing that I noticed was the edge of the water. It looks unnatural with its sharp contrast to the dirt around it. I'm sure that they are working on the water thing but I hope they fix this aspect of water.

Probably gonna explore it once, learn where end of dungeon loot is and never go through dungeon again. Unless they add something special for clearing this giant buildings there is no reason to go there.
Looks amazing though

I've always felt the loot at the end of POIs should be in an indestructible room that only opens once it's been cleared. But that opens the door to so many other questions. How would it behave for other players on the same server, etc. Eg --> Player 1 cleared the POI and has access to the loot room. Does player 2 as well even though they werent clearing it?

To OP: I like the way the new POI looks. If you look behind it, is that a new trader building as well? Some sort of jail? I feel like thats a POI ive either see only once or never before.

Anyone else curious about that pond? Is that the new water? Looks like the old water. But then again it'd probably be tough to tell from an aerial shot.

The new water doesn’t look different from the old water so much as it behaves differently and you can actually swim and maneuver in it much more naturally.

Interesting! I knew about the behavior changes and I guess incorrectly presumed that would come with an appearance change. No appearance change is warranted though, water has always *looked* fine by my eyes. I just presumed it would change for whatever reason. Probably because (as I've always admitted) I dont understand how the sausage is made : )
