Engines in A21?

I'm 17 days in and level 5 wrench, ive not came across ANY engines yet.

It feels like they nerfed the amount you find by wrenching. I used to end up with wayyyyy too many of them. Now I’m on day 14 and found maybe 3. Keep trying!

most of engines i've found was on the wreckages in some garages not the vehicles itself

Cant tell if complaining about the magazine system or serious. I love the system itself, its so easy. Just find a good city and set loot respawn to whatever, i have it on 3 days. Mailboxes contain magazine now and theres SO many more bookcases.

I end up finding better equipment before I can make it anyways. Its not hard.

Youve upped the spawn rate so you get more loots, more chances to find stuff quicker, thats why.

Whats the difference between default and 3 days? not much, just dragging it out and theres another city close to mine anyways so thats more loot, you have the settings to make it an enjoyable experience and you're still complaining. 100% user error, not devs.

Youve more than doubled the loot switching it to 3 days instead of 7.

This, i just found my first one in a garage wreck

I found lots of engines in the first few days by wrenching vehicles. But you have to be sure, that the cars are "intact". If the cars are wrecks (some you see the empty motor space but not at all) there is no chance for engines.

you get a simple multiplayer for the loot amount, not for the loot chance itself.

You are practically guaranteed an engine and/or battery if you salvage a 2500hp vehicle, but as mentioned above you need to salvage a vehicle that was intact enough (to search/loot it).

I wasnt guaranteed one on multiple occasions
