Since i found one on day 1 and have been using it since then, yes, still around.
Actually pretty common, also saw a few at traders already and found 4 overall by day 12.

Okay wow that's pretty good I guess. Seems like a pretty top tier thing to have in the new update.

Yes and, finally, it makes sense. Was pretty useless before.
I wonder if there are any plans for paper - its useless now.
