Although, people could already cheat with the console anyway:)
I feel the fun pimps endgame is having it to the point to where pretty much any setting will be easily able to be changed to suit most values across the board
At that point you might as well play with creative mode on and use the item menu, imo.

But in A21 it's based on magazine collection so no matter how much skills you get it's not teaching you the recipes instantly, hence no need for it to cost that much.
So it's in the right direction but the magazine system can be pretty randomized...
They should implement a 'learn by doing' system alongside the magazine system so you get better as you do more of something as a minimum gain (so instead of rely on RNG you always gain something).
For instance crafting earns you 'crafting knowledge exp' that levels up the magazine levels for specific things you make, but much slower rate.
Lets say you need 1000 XP to learn 1 level of a magazine at the start, and the higher your magazine level goes from crafting, the more XP needed from crafting to keep up.
Craft a pistol and start earning XP towards Pistol Knowledge.
