As a rule, 7DTD players who want anything added or changed should look to modders first and the devs last or not at all. Especially not on these forums, which the devs don't read.
As far as I know there are no mods for workstations that work by being wired up to your generators. If you actually know of some, please point them out.
I also have not found any electric stoves. Best I've seen is Oakraven Cooking Stations which still use fuel but have large output storage nice for mass cooking.
I remember having working electrically powered ovens and microwave ovens in a modded game, although that was probably part of an overhaul mod rather than a separate mod by itself. No idea which one. I've played every one I could find. Maybe my memory is at fault, Maybe I was using a fuelled oven in conjunction with the Stop Fuel Waste mod, which turns fuelled workstations off when they're not in use, and just loaded it up with a full stack of logs and then headcanoned it as being powered by my electrical system.
The "Unnecessarily Beautiful But Immersive" mod had a microwave oven that required a battery to power it. I don't know if the A21 version does. Not directly powered by your generators, but you needed to use some form of electricity generation to recharge the battery powering the microwave oven. So it was effectively powered by your electrical system.
I have it in my garden. But now you've mentioned it. maybe I'll try to make a fireplace for it indoors. Although I'd have to demolish a fair bit of steel wall to put that in my current house. Maybe something for my next game.
There definitely is a mod for that - OCB Stop Fuel Waste. Auto-off for all fueled workstations. The forge will only auto-off when there's nothing queued, so it will remain on if any smelting is left.
I know this wouldn't be true auto off, and may still have some waste but I think it would be close.
In Darkness Falls Mod you have electric stoves which work with a battery. There are also different tiers of forges.
