Second, you can respec at any time with a Grandpa's Fergettin Elixer- Nothing stopping you from respeccing out of those decisions, or even waiting till you can craft the handlebars before doing so.
Grease Monkey would be fine if it gives +5%/lv vehicle speed or something.
Same applies for some other skills (like pack mule, animal harvesting, etc)
I wish they would spent even 10% of the energy in optimization and logical skills buffs than they do in finding out how people play the game in a way they don't like and nerf it the next patch.
And what is up with the triggers in the POI’s nowadays, now you are spawning in zombies even behind us? How is that even remotely fair? It’s a survival game .. not a CoD game with tower defense.
Sounds like you do not know what you are talking about, last map I played I was day 90+ and had used a repair kit around 4 times on My Vehicle, I am on day 28 on this map and have not used a repair kit yet.
3350 hours in game.
Especially since the bonuses become redundant by the time you are able to craft the vehicle you dont care for the little ressources anymore. you only craft it 1 time anyway, maybe twice with bad luck or Coop.
I'm using a turbocharged motorbike, usually at maximum speed. I slow down in congested parts of cities. I've travelled 294.65 Km in my current game, most of it on the motorbike.
I use about 1 repair kit every 2 days.
Yes, it's annoying that even a very low speed collision with a mattress will do ~10% damage to your vehicle. But it's not enough of a cost to justify putting points into slightly reducing the cost. As long as you don't deliberately run into things and you can have a high enough draw distance to avoid the extremely bad pop-in, it's OK.
The magazines will show up a lot more when you put points into it and can get up to the 4x4 in around 30 days.
The alternate is to do trader quests for the same trader to get to a better loot table with them and buy vehicles.
It's a good job the devs don't read these forums or else that might be in the next update :)
