Is there any music mod?

I am kind of tired of listening to the same music over and over again so i was trying to find a mod that adds more dynamic music to the game - is there any for A21 or do you guys know another / better solution?

They are just .wav files in the Music folder - you should be able to take any music you want and replace it with one named the same. You could be your own maestro.

Honestly, i have the music turned off and sound effects to 50% and just listen to podcasts or music with an external player like MusicBee while playing.

there are mods to replace the undead sounds, sounds made by opening the backpack and a few more. however, most of these mods are outdated since v21 just released.

for music, you can use the audacity program to convert your own or ripped music from other games to use in 7d2d. Did a few similar things of changing gun shot sounds.
