The new best way to get infinite water

They redid the entire water system in an attempt to make water survival harder.
But they forgot one little thing
One little feature from previous alphas
a dinky little helmet mod
*Water purifier helmet mod*

How to abuse:
1) find trader. buy mod for 850 coins.
2) find source of water.
3) empty your hands and drink infinitely with no downside

There you go. you now have infinite water and can now repurpose your dew collectors as walls or something.

BONUS EXTRA HYDRATION ABUSE
1) grab bucket
2) grab water with bucket
3) Carry water bucket around
4) when thirsty, drop water bucket in a hole. drink. pick water back up with bucket

Still need water for glue and a helmet mod won't help with that.

My point is simply that they tried to make water survival harder but it still is a non issue if you know a few old game mechanics that circumvent the issue entirely.
Glue is for sure going to be annoying to craft

That's not an exploit silly goose. The mod is rare just like other rare OP things like the cigar book. Purified water book, super runner shoes, and college jacket. You manage to get the last two and take the very plentiful mega crush + steroid and you will never need a base.

Also I could spill the beans on some actual cheaty things. Let's just say I had 112 eggs and money in my pocket by the end of day one....

I wouldnt say it's that rare, i found it on day 4 on my current save, and had too many of them in previous alphas. maybe i just got lucky?
Please do spill the beans, what are the cheaty tips you got?
