Which magazines are in which containers?

I've searched this forum and the google and can't find info on what can be in specific loot containers. Is there a master list, or at least one that lists which magazines can be found in which containers? I've been stuck on 37 Forge Aheads (or whatever the workstation mag is called) for days, despite opening dozens of working stiff tools crates and trucks and dozens more newspaper boxes/mailboxes. I have 4 pts between Adv Eng and Lockpicking, so I should be seeing some, unless the tool crates/trucks aren't the place to look.

It is somewhat random, depending on which skills you put points into.

As I said, I've been searching those places/containers. And why would Miner 69er affect the Workstation magazine drop rate? In game, it says Advanced Engineering and Lockpicking affect it. Nothing else.

Again, read my post: "I've been stuck on 37 Forge Aheads (or whatever the workstation mag is called) for days." Days. As in multiple days of game time. I can't craft a chem station, which means I have very little fuel for vehicles. I spend roughly half my time farming gas from pumps and cars so that I can get around on the motorcycle (which took a ridiculous time to get, too). The other half looking for containers (or taking jobs at tool-rich POIs) that might contain the remaining 13 mags I need to be able to craft a chem station.

If you think asking a question about loot containers means I need "hand holding", then please don't respond any longer because your answers won't be helpful.

It's still random. I've been stalled at 15 Tactical Warfare for two days. That's what random means.
