Also parachute bears sounds 100x more fun than any of the stuff I have seen them add to it.
The normal integration was not a problem but they just released an update to make it REQUIRE the 7dtd Extension and not work without it.
Now any events that happen through the extension instead of through the normal events will have 20% of the donation go to TFP
https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/earning-revenue-from-bits-in-extensions
When your viewers perform and confirm an action that requires Bits within the Extension on your channel page, you’ll earn 80% of 1 U.S. cent per Bit used and the remaining 20% is shared with the Extension developer. The Bits in Extensions program, including revenue share, may be adjusted from time to time or deprecated by Twitch in its sole discretion.
This change was pushed through today in the middle of a stream and it instantly disabled the integration.
But to be fair I know nothing of twitch, have never watched twitch, and certainly dont know anything of the business practices of the twitch model.
So take my words with the tiniest of grains of salt.
I'll also have to let them know to look out of a community made extension that has parachute bears lol.

80 for us 20 for our slaves.... :)
The issue is that they made the extension mandatory to use the integration at all now when before it worked just fine without it.
yay you win a cookie.. you have honed in on the fact that I am a programmer and not a streamer....
I care because the only reason I let my twitch integration mod fall out of date and die was because 7dtd implemented their own version.
Now I am going to go and update my version because this is a wholly unnecessary feature that cuts into streamers donations which is the whole reason I did NOT make mine into an extension.
Because it's mandatory...
