Report a translation problem
Apparently there will be some deprecation, if I am spelling it correctly, of some files and "things" had to be moved. It's working now but I'm not really sure what I did, if anything.
And I'm not playing the next Alpha if water bottles go poof. That's ridiculous. I'll stick with an older, more reasonable Alpha.
The game is good, but the constant fiddling with it is annoying.
I would suggest posting this on the nexus forums.
Most mod installs are literally just copy-paste the folder into the Mods folder of the game client though, so an app like Vortex isn't even needed if you have the most basic computing skills.
For 7 Days, the mods have been hosted on Nexus for half a decade at least, but it wasn't until just a couple of years ago that they actually set up Nexus to work with the game client to properly install mods. It's still hit or miss depending on whether the mod is packaged properly. A lot of them have double-nested folders that break the installation.
