Report a translation problem
As an admin on the server you can type;
cp add command rank to set access for a command to whatever specified ranks.
For example: cp add giveselfxp 1000 would give the giveselfxp command to anyone as 1000 is the Guest/lowest possible rank.
Another way is to setup the command rights on a dedicated server by editing the serveradmin.xml to include the following;
<permission cmd="command" permission_level="1000" />
For example: <permission cmd="giveselfxp" permission_level="1000" />
