Anyone remembers Assassins creed unity when it came out? In case you dont
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rVeVL5X9Feg
It got a 7.8 on ign.
What about Rage most people could not even play it or had to wait a few seconds every time they turned around for the textures to load.

Ign gave it a 8.5.
I have hated IGN ever since they destroyed the planetelderscrolls website.
But its not just IGN review scores have been a joke for a very long time in general. The only one that I find somewhat reliable is the steam score and even that is not perfect since it only allows a like or disslike review and nothing in between.
But this case is totally different since the review is a lie. He mentioned some correct issues but distorted others ones ( like the combat ).
A fact lost on notorious reviewer Colin Moriarty who failed to mention this conflict at any time in the text of his review.
You may remember Colin Moriarty from the whole "Entitled gamers" debacle. Which he started over the ME3 ending once it became apparent (to those who actually bothered to finish the game before reviewing it) that it was rushed and inconsistent.
IGN. Not even with adblock.
