Best food for wellness
(Since canned food and fruit/vegetables do not give wellness, this thread has nothing to do with them.)

Deviled Egg- 4 fullness, 0.32 wellness
Cornbread- 5 fullness, 0.4 wellness
Vegetable Stew- 7 fullness, 0.1 wellness
Blueberry Pie- 10 fullness, 0.8 wellness
Meat (any)- 10 fullness, 0.8 wellness
Bacon & Eggs- 15 fullness, 1 wellness
Meat Stew- 20 fullness, 1.6 wellness

5 Deviled Eggs- 20 fullness, 1.6 wellness
4 Cornbread- 20 fullness, 1.6
3 Vegetable Stew- 21 fullness, .3 wellness
2 Blueberry Pie- 20 fullness, 1.6 wellness
2 Meat- 20 fullness, 1.6 wellness

4 Bacon & Eggs- 60 fullness, 3 wellness
3 MeatStew- 60 fullness, 4.8 wellness

7 Bacon & Eggs -100+ fullness, 7 wellness
5 Meat Stew- 100 fullness, 8 wellness

Oddly enough, this makes Vegetable Stew the worst thing to eat, followed by Bacon & Eggs. Then everything else adds up the same. Now, of course, this doesn't account for anytime you eat something and it gives you like, two or three more fullness than what it says. But its still a good rule of thumb to go by.

So I s'pose it would be best to completely fill your thirst with goldenrod/red tea, then eat either charred or grilled meat while drinking another tea in between every piece of meat would be the fastest way to raise your wellness.

Any rate, what's everyone else's favorite food and/or way to raise their wellness?

I've been surviving on Bacon n' Eggs for so long i'm surprised my character hasn't morphed into a zombie cop by now :)

(not a big foodie in game or real life)
It just now occured to me that I completely forget about Corn on the Cob. But oh well, its just about awsul as vegetable stew, so... Oh well. Not worth crunching the numbers on it.

The staple of my diet is ordinary grilled meat. And Vitamins. Lots and lots of Vitamins. My toon is a real junkie, always on the lookout for his next Vitamin high. :)

Spamming wellness is easy with cornbread and pills.

Charred or grilled meat reduces hydration, meaning your toon can neck Goldenrod, so a combination of these is a way to cheese Wellness increases.
