So the Fun Pimps, may have to license the content independent of any agreement with Telltale Games (which TWD may or may not want to have multiple licensees for similar media).

Also I am sure they will be patching as they go for the consoles as well as the PC. :)

Not a problem.
No correlation between PC version and console release. Totally seperate team is doing it. The console release most likely will not have NPC's or traders at first.
Thats the nice thing about have both PC and console. The best of both worlds
