How do I make paper?

I belive you sould craft it in earlier versions of the game just using wood.

Dont know a way to produce it. Think its only lootable because it should have a comparable balance like Bullet chasing.

that wiki is old, books are no longer in the game but paper stacks up to 250 now.

He means the plain books that had no recipes attached, but you could scrap them for a large amount of paper. They were in like a year or so ago but were removed for some reason.

Aye what he said. should have been more clear, I didn't mean recipe books. the old books you could craft from or into paper but those were removed.
