Open the Map
Add your friend to your friend list.
Click on their name in your friend list.
Click the Track Friend button.
Look on your compass for a green blip, that is your friend.
Follow the direction te compass points to find your friend.
Open Console ~/` key by default
Type dm and hit ENTER
Close the Console
You used to then be able to open the map and right-click where you wanted to teleport to, but I'm not sure sure that works anymore because right-click on the map now sets a waypoint
There is a set location box on the ESC dialog control that you could enter coordinates of your friend and it should take you there.
Alternatively, if the Creative mune is active (Cheat Mode in options), you can hit G to enter God-mode and fly to him. Spacebar goes up, C goes down. Do not hit G if you are crouched or you will fall thru the world.
What coordinates is the console referrencing? Like latitude longitude? or north/east - south/west?
In dm mode you can use the map to teleport, but it's left CTRL-right-click now.
They start building it and we gather supplies and meet up. Play smart. If a POI has lots of zombies don't loot it yet. Avoid cities. Don't be afraid to run early game. Discretion IS the better part of valor.
