Remove compass from screen center, it is irritating

Remove the compass from the lower screen center, it is very irritating to have that twisting while moving around.

It should be possible to toggle at the very least. Having played dayz with a unobstructing interface in this game everything is in your face compared to it.

This isn't dayz, my gawd. The compass is just fine, I'll look at the UI settings and see what I can udjust :)

I saw my roomate playing and Ya I can see how this could be annoying. I always turned off rotaing mini maps and compasses if the option was there.

Doesn't bother me, but I can see how coming from DayZ it may be annoying to you.

Perhaps someone will mod it at some point to re-skin the UI to be more minimalistic.
