EDIT: I mean: use Forged Steel (instead of the forged iron that was used in older versions)? In that case, having just Forged Iron is not enough - you need Forged Steel instead in order to repair a wrench.
maybe they did, no idea myself.. but if he cant make a wrench with forged iron because he hasnt found the schematic he cant repair 1 either...
but by the time he finds the schematic for wrench its just better practice to make a new 1 to evole the skill and durability of wrench anyways. scrap the broken wrench when its of no more use tbh
You still need a workbench to craft a wrench, though.
