How can i open the creative menu?

before you start a new game,there is an options in the settings to do that.an in game you can open the console with the f2 button,when its open type cm and press enter,,,

open up your inventory whit the tab button an in the top right you see a little light bulb icon thats the creative menu enjoy

enable the cheat from the option then start the game and open the counsel and typ cm and enter... that's it .. to pring the menu just use U

quick heads up, console default key changed with the update to B94

•Changed: Console key is shown in controls menu and now defaults to F1 for compatibility with European keyboards.

CM does not exhist yet, CM allows you to build your own map & it is not implemented yet. The mode you using is the build crate option in the config to access the inventory & yes this can be done using console options also but there is no CM yet.

I think you're confusing the "Create World" option from the main menu with the in-game Creative Mode.
