Weird conflict going on with my All in one cooler when I play this game.

This game seems to crash my NZXT software for my All in one cooler when ever I play it.
I play other games for hours and it never happens, but when I load this game up, instant crash, only way to fix it as well is a full system reboot.

Could you please look into this.

What does it do/Why do you need it? Product site makes it sound unnecessary. Do you really need real-time info-pane and LED controls while playing?

Funny I was looking at getting a Kraken myself yesterday, and the cam software was off-putting.
Mostly it seemed that it would crash with rgb and other fan software (there were worrying reports of data collection, but apparently you can opt out as of the nov update). I looked into running the aio without cam, and couldnt find any confident answers.

You need it to control the pump/ set fan speeds by cpu temp etc. I'm sure there's a way round using it, I thought about connecting it to the pump connection on the mb, but end up it seemed like too much hassle. Think i'll go for a noctua instead.

A lot of 3rd party RGB software has a problem with Unity. It's not a game bug.

Its not like you can't use it, it controls the fans, I mean you can put them on the motherboard I guess, but then you have zero control over the pumps operation.
I might try backdating the software or something see if an older version has less issues.
Just a little annoying.

Well I own a lot of Unity games, this is the first time I seen this happen.

Yeah I would avoid, new cooler is coming out this year any ways which is an air cooler that will out perform all AIOs so I would wait on that, its called the Ice Giant.

No worries, the first 2 will be for thread ripper, but they're making a passive cooler made with copper that will work on everything smaller than a thread ripper.

I actually seen them before on LTT. Didn't realise they were that close to release. They need to make good on the downsizing promise before i'd consider them though. Going Noctua in the meantime.

There are two air coolers that do that now, and have been out longer than most of the AIO's.

Yeah I went with the Noctua NH-U12S. Was worried about ram clearance and can add an extra fan if need be.

Yeah but the Ice giant is using ProSiphon technology is new and is really going to destroy water cooling AIOs.

Yeah here is the site, I'm thinking the copper one will come out after the summer.
