Simple question (maybe) A15

I wanted to place an oven or wall oven in my base... I would like to craft it. BUT, I can't find it anywhere.. I crafted a fridge, tv, etc... but no oven. Am I missing something? I have the workbench etc. Thanks.

I think the valmod let's you do that and actually cook in the oven. Not positive though I just installed it.

Thats exactly how it works in the mod. doesn't require fuel either. Can also craft working sinks with clean water.

to answer OP's question, I didn't even realize we could craft -that- much. My guess is if it's not showing up in the work bench recipe list, safe to say it can't be done ( not without creating the recipe manual or using a mod)

Traders have them for sale sometimes. However they are just for decoration and little storage space.

Yes, with the right skill set you can craft a working oven (running on that same electricity which seems to power the odd refrigerator and lights, even post appocalypse) in Valmod.

Working ovens and sinks are not a big issue in Vanilla - just look at the number of POI's (cabins / houses) that have a toilet, but no place to cook food or wash your hands. Might explain the virus <LOL>

I have seen Ovens for sale at traders before. As well as a selection of other misc decoration blocks you can find randomly around the world for sale that you cannot craft. Is the only way I can think of getting hold of one, legitimately. The munitions crates you can find in army camps for instance, is one of my favorite purchases for ammo storage...(obviously)
