Option to disable crosshairs
I really want to be able to play without crosshair, is that even possible (on hip and on iron sight both)

The problem with this is that the sights are not well aligned with the crosshair, which means when you disable it you won´hit anything anymore.

It is possible to disable the crosshairs via config tweak for each weapon individually, though I wouldn´t recommend doing so because of the beforementioned issue.

We can only hope that they improve this and also give an ingameoption to disable the crosshair, though I wouldn´t be too optimistic.

7daystodiemods site has a no cross-hairs while aiming mod. Probably the closest you will get

What weapon are you using? For guns the crosshairs should be good, but for bows you have to aim up in proportion to the distance to target

Actually don´t care about that, but yes, because having options is always good.
