I'm assuming that you're burning the materials in the forge right?
Burn stone, clay, iron, brass, lead and sand in the forge to craft from it.
The 3 tools will increase your recipes and speed as well.

Craft an anvil in the forge from 100 iron I think.
Crucible you find in loot (very lucky) buy from trader or craft in the workbench I think.
Can't recall what the third tool is off the top of my head...

There are boxes at the top right for fuel - put wood in them. There are boxes in the middle right for smelting - put scrap iron and clay soil in them (or lead/brass/stones, but iron and clay are what you want first). Turn on the forge with the button and wait - you’ll see a few seconds count down as items smelt.

Once enough material has smelted, craft forged iron (or bullet casings/tips/cement/whatever) from the menu on the left hand side. The total amount of materials smelted is shown in the numbers on the right hand side. As things finish crafting, they’ll pop into the boxes at the bottom right. Once finished crafting, you can turn off the forge, or you can simply leave it run to smelt more stuff - the amount time the fuel will continue to burn is shown at the top right, but you can manually turn off the forge and remove fuel if you want a shorter time.

My questions for you are: Do you know what a forge is? Do you know how a forge works?

You must "add" supplies into the forge, so that they can me smelted together into another form. You must supply fuel to burn in order to make it work. Why do you think it has the labels "Iron" "Stone" "Brass" "Lead" "Glass" "Clay" ?

Put those into the forge and "smelt" them down, now you have supplies to make other items.

Smelt 1000 iron in forge to make anvil, just type it in the left crafting menu to list it when ready

Bellows pretty simple, both can be found in garages or working stiffs crates

Crucible either from trader if available for about 5000tk or schematic

In right hand column the tools slots above show which goes where, below that is 3 fuel slots and below that is where materials go.

Actually they made it easier: you can put just one tiny little point in the "Advanced Engineering" perk on day one and you can immediately craft it from the get go. Also the materials for crafting it are very easy to find: no books needed, no strange or rare materials.

So, what are you talking about?? O_o
