On the Adult website that has the most Adult games there are rough 1-2 Dozend games that mix Zombies and comparable stuff with the Adult Content.
Means Probably less than 20 of 8320 Games
So i guess very niche

During Fallout 4 had some nice mods, i dont see that fitting in 7D2d. Hell there are not even real NPCS
