Did you verify your files? Maybe you didn't download the file completely.
Go to properties, then local files, then verify integrity of game file.

Me too.
I cannot play the A20.0 exp version online. Checking the console shows an endless loop of "WRN [EOS] [LogHttp - Warning] Lockout of NN.NNNNNN s on https://api.epicgames.dev/sdk/v1/default?platformid=WIN" warning messages. Developers should fix this.
However, I was able to launch it offline.

Epic? Are you playing on Epic? Why if you have the game on Steam?

Solution for me:
Install or re-install Visual C++ 2022 with all older packs included.
In the logs it says that multiple dll's from this are missing.
