Report a translation problem
Access to the unstable experimental will be done by selecting unstable_experimental from the Betas tab in Steam.
Also note, that you will need to Wipe Data before switching.
@OP: you should probably install the Experimental version and try a new game without committing too much to it (your save may need to be wiped when you switch to stable).

I think you meant to link the "How to fully refresh the client" item. Also note that there are a few steps in that which have changed, including 7DtD is listed as "Game 17" in EAC and the game uninstall is no longer done from the Local Files tab.
Also, there is the folder C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\LocalLow\The Fun Pimps\7 Days To Die that is not removed. Should this also be deleted?
