Applying Weapon mod attachments

if its just me or can anyone attach mods to weapons maybe i missed an update can anyone help

can or cant? some mods can only be put on certain weapons, for example you cant put the blade mods on a club

yeah i meant that it wont even show me the option to mod weapons sorry for the confusion

what are you trying to mod? and have you restarted your game?

The mod should have a good description of what item it is associated with, though some are not that clear. Could be something like trying to put a helmet light on a gun or the reverse....

The hotkey when in inventory to mod weapons is "W". Try hitting that and see if it will let you.

I have had things like the Wrench and Claw Hammer will occassionally NOT allow me to mod them, I don't have the option, but modifying another item, and then clicking on the wrench/hammer allows me to modify them.

yeah w didn't work and its just a lazer sight mod on a pistol

if the option itself isnt showing at all, double check to see if any old or outdated mods are in the Mods folder. Might be something screwing with the UI
