Using first aid bandage on ally doesn't fix their abrasion.
Self-explanatory in title. Doesn't appear to be a bug, but more of an oversight.

it doesn't comepletely heal it, only reduces the healing time
Its the same with the drone, heals but does not increase abrasion healing speed. Same goes for medkits, they do not fix a deep laceration.

You need aloe cream for abrasions not bandages

When you read the debuff it states "treated abrasion". They dont fully heal an abrasion.

medical based bandages (the ones that are crafted with aloe) provide more abraision healing speed than aloe, medkits provide the most but aloe is the easiest to obtain out of the three

In terms of basic function, Mad is entirely correct. I have 500 hours in the game. I know how healing works, y'all.
My point is that first aid bandages are first aid bandages. They should work the same no matter who applies them (or any other healing item, for that matter). It's a weird oversight that is easily circumvented by just giving the bandage to the wounded player for them to apply themselves, in the event of a status ailment, but if the function is there to heal someone else, it should not be a half-measure due to the aforementioned mundane work-around.
It may not be a bug, but it's definitely something that should be addressed.
