You never go in this game, the poop icon means you got the ♥♥♥♥♥ and you can't not poop right now. Ate something bad or drank murkey water most likely to get it. You can cure it with vitimans or herbal anti biotics or antibiotics ( I think) Vitimans for sure. I have not had that in the game since I can't remeber when so little hazey on what works sorry. Just watch you do not get dehydrated from it until it passes or you cure it.

ya know, It's been so long since I got dysentery in game, I forgot about that icon and thought OP was pullin our chains. Huh.. what do ya know..

Goldenrod Tea is another good cure-all for it too.

Tea! lol that was the original and only cure I think, forgot that on my list of all things. It really has been forever since I had it.

Only do that if death is the other option. In a pinch you can use an empty tin can on the fire, to boil an emergency ration of water. Only satcks to one though so you won't be carting a bunch around.

Just remember to get use to the new way you learn. Don't scratch your eyes out looking for a book that no longer exists, then you discover the recipe only unlocks when you level up that part of your skills. I

you gotta admit tho it would add immersion to the game and a little more danger in that you would have to worry about a zed coming up and biting your junk off when your on the can
