Big Head Mode can you enable it yet and how?

I gotta say, I really like the big head mode I just saw in the latest Stream. Is this activatable in the current build? Is it a mod to download for now? I have searched online and in these forums. I have been gone for about 8 months, just now coming back. Has this been there for some time? Can it be activated?

It adds a new flare to gameplay I find cool and funny. are there any other mods like this out now? Was one of my fav options for Goldeneye, along with Paintball. Good stuff.

AFAIK it didn't exist at all before a20, so there is no way to enable it.

Does that mean Prime has been playing A20 in his streams, or is BigHeadMode also one of the Twitch options for A19.5?

Lathan Prime (a 7Days dev and streamer) added some options for viewers/commenters on Twitch to help or hurt the streamer as they're watching them play on Twitch....one of those options is BigHeadMode (they can also do things like drop a zombie nearby or break the player's limb or drop an ammo crate nearby).

I don't know if BigHeadMode was added back when this whole Twitch thingy got added a few months ago, or if BigHead is specifically being added to Twitch with the A20 update.
