My one friend has high ping.
Everyone else in the server has 5-30 except for one of my friends that have 6000-30000 ping. His system is definitely more than enough to run the game, and it is only 7D2D where he has high ping.

This is covered in the Pinned Troubleshooting thread. They need to follow the steps to exclude their client from security software.

Uh, it didn't help whatsoever. AV isn't a factor to his high ping...

That's usually what it is. Especially with ping numbers like that. If it's not local on his system, it's somewhere else in the line.

They need to reset their router / modem, reset their Network adapter and, be sure settings in each of these items are set correctly. If they're still getting bad transmit / receive rates through their Internet service then they need to call their ISP tech support and have them look into it. It's probably a setting at the ISP level.
