LCB Useless ?
What is the point of an LCB if people can just destroy locks/items/blocks and loot everything anyway ???
How do you secure your base then ?

How useful the LCB is as far as that goes will depend entirely on the server's settings. It could be set as infinite if the server owner wanted to block base raiding.

Depends on your server settings.

If its set low then its not going to provide any protection.

With cleverly placed killrooms? :reusgreed:

Actually a very good tactics someone very expert at PvP once told us about is to build a base with LOTS of corridors and alternative routes all apparently similar. Then you place your precious stuff in the one only YOU know. Best chance to have raiders get bored and leave.

I forgot: each corridor has several doors the intruder needs to dismantle to go forward... so it will take a long amount of time for them to explore each corridor and unless they're very lucky and patient they won't get to your stuff "in time". :yay:

We put the LCB settings to infinite on the server now.
It just makes no sense to me that some random lvl 1s are able to log in a server and completely mess up a base with an LCB in it, even on default settings.
Turrets all around the perimeter, electrice wire fence etc.
We honestly believe they were using some hacks, even with EAC enabled.

The lcb doesn't just make your base invincible lol

Well to be fair, it is a pretty common misconception. You wouldn't believe the number of people I've run into that think it protects their base from damage by zombies.
