Robotic turret locked behind Schematic

why is the Robotic turret removed from robotic inventor skill

i can craft tier 5 robots deal 40% more damage
have 120% faster fire rate and reload 40 rounds 10% faster

and yet im too stupid to actully craft the turret
because of a schematic there is no where to be found or bought

even thoug im lvl 55 with a game stage of 82

TFP please add the turret back to the skill tree

Even if you have the schematic, you gonna need robotic parts.
So, it's RNG on top of your RNG.

I haven't crafted any. But I found several turrets and sledges lvl 5 and 6. The trader also had several times some for sale.

i have around 20-30 bobotic parts from tier 1--2 robotic sledge and a few robotic turret
i scapped the turrets when i had no points in the skill tree and it was first after that i saw i needed that dum schematic

I don't think there is any instance of requiring both a schematic and skill / perk. The schematics were put back in to give players an alternative to dumping points into perks "outside their build"
Sure you don't get the benefit of the perk, but you can still build the item.

If you've got the points spent in the robotics perk, make sure it's not currently showing in red. If it is, chances are you might have had glasses on to boost your intellect when the perk was bought, and without the glasses; the prerequisite INT dropped down to disable that rank of the skill.

Also, just as a tail end question, are you trying to assemble in the backpack or the workbench?

unluck opytons for the robotic turret is only robotic turret schematic
acording to the crafting menu and im level 3 in robotic inventer and non of the 5 levels says unloks robotic turret
so yes you need it

Pretty sure this is intended to be something that you only find in loot, or can craft once you obtain the rare schematic. Basically behind the same reasoning that you can't craft springs or other components, or any T6 items.

it still makes no sence a have the know how to improve and make it better but i lack the basic understading to asemble it i cuold understand if it was the drone ( when it is ready )
but not the tyrret having the sledge and turret as optional either schematic or skill would be way better

It's no different than any of the other top tier items in the other skill trees. You also need the schematic / book for steel armor, military armor, machete, steel club, steel knuckles, M60, tactical shotgun and the SMG to name the ones I can think of off the top of my head.

I'm not sure why the robotic turrets should be any different since they're the top tier in the intelligence skill tree.

I do understand your irritation and frustration about it though. The game almost always seems to know what I'm looking for and gives me everything except that book or schematic.

The drone is locked behind the T4 perk. The junk turret is as well, though it is commented out in the XML.

How they get distributed will probably be determined after testing and balancing in a20.

Keep in mind, the game is still being developed. You're referring to an item that doesn't exist in the current version, and would change the current balance when introduced.

As it sits right now, the junk turret is the top tier.

fair enought i just had the impression that the drone
was goin to be the top tier and turret mid tier
and because of that i exspectet the turret to be part of the skill tree
like it has always been
and drone loot only as item or schematic
witch is why i also was referring to it
even thoug it is not ingame yet it is fair to asume TFP do have a plan for it
not adding it just to add something new

and i am aware it is still being delevoped i backed the game via paypal before it even came to steam i have been around since 1.2
