Bottom bar just under your hotbar. A green and a blue bar. Very thin sliver. Default in game now

edit A19 not in a18

Are you in 19 experimental or 18.4? If you have tips show up you are in 19. If so then yes it is a bug. there are 24 of them I believe.

The bars under your hotbar are food and hunger (left/right respectively); Not health and stamina. Health and stamina are still in the bottom left as it was in A18 and before.

To the OP, Yes it's a bug.

Almost everyone I have ran into having this "bug" are running outdated ui mods. IS your game modded?
