Where are all the shopping baskets for bikes? A16 b119

As the title asks, where are you guys finding your baskets?

They used to appear very commonly in shamway foods, shotgun messiah, stiff's tool shops, crack-a-book and pop n pills POIs. The A15 store designs seem to be completely removed from the A16 and after fully scavenging three entire medium sized towns, I managed to find and wrench up 2 baskets total. Both quality 300 ish. I need dozens more at this rate to combine up to a 600q one, to bring my bike's overall quality up higher.

Are they supposed to be this rare? Is there another way to obtain them that I'm not aware of?

They are very rare ... found 0 in my actual game^^
But why you need it at Quality 600? its not a important part for the perfomance?

More of an OCD than a need, persay xD

I have every part at 600q, but a lousy 331q shopping basket and in the bike's HUD it shows the overall quality of the bike. It lowers my average drastically down to like 560~q.

Though to be fair padlocks before A16 were exceptionally rare so they used to be hard to get one at 600q, now they're almost as common as pistols / pistol parts.. but the baskets are rarer than rocket launchers diamonds it seems..

the basket is only for storage purpose and doesn`t add anything else to minibike.

I am fully aware of this. It does affect overall quality of the bike while installed, though.. which is the problem I'm having with them being so incredibly rare in the experimental build.

i find them kinda often in food stores.
they look like the baskets with trash
they are simple pick ups

hmm not noticed it myself but i was lucky and found every part blue quality and does me fine.

Yeah, I haven't seen the ones you can just pick up anymore with 'E'. Now it seems only the ones you can loot (with inventories of their own) can be collected by wrenching them.

I mean, we could just add the recipe to our server but that just defeats the purpose of scavenging and makes things too easy.

Found one in a crack-a-book with two floors. Just picked it right up no wrenching. Haven't found many though.

Did you just tap 'E' or did you have to hold it?

Edit: That is where I found one of mine, in a crack a book, but pressing E opened it to a loot container.. I used a wrench and it give the basket.

There is a small set of buildings, East of the trader that is near the ALS Marina. They are between the trader, and the crack-a-book. Raner Boulevard is the name of the road, if it has not changed. I usually find baskets in these small sets of shops. Hope that helps.

There is two types that can be found. One is lootable and can be wrenched to obtain a basket. The other you just pick up, and can still be found in certian POIs especially the old school stores which are more rare now.

Thanks for the info, it is relieving to hear the old stores are still somewhere out there in A16. I guess I'll try a few more towns!

maybe its an idea to add a recipe to the .xml for a simple shopping basktes, with iron pipes and plastic?
