Ergonomic Grip Mod?
The ergonomic grip says that it increases the weapon handling of bows. What does that mean, exactly? Better accuracy? Better damage?

Should be similar to Flurry of Blows I think. You can aim and shoot faster.
Though I must admit I've never used it on a bow...

Reduces draw time by 10%
That green bar that have to be full to get full damage.
(not really worth imho)

Whatever else it does, apparently it does increase bow damage. I compared the stats before and after I attached the mod.

All mods increase damage on weapons, it doesn't matter what they are. Even if you have 3x crap mods, it's better to throw them onto a weapon you use regularly until they can be replaced with something better.
