Do you have a 10k$ PC then? It must be badly configured.

I haven't got bad frame rates at all, MY Rig runs smooth with NO frame drops. HP OMEN Obelisk Desktop 875-1055xt|i7 9th Gen|NVIDIA 2070|1 TB HDD|256 GB SSD.

Turn TerrainQuality down to LOW or LOWEST. This fixes the outdoor frame-drops.

Great fps here too. Game runs so much better than A18.

No problems here, no frame drops, no stutter and no issues. A19 is smoothest yet.
Im running a 3900x, 32gb 3200, 2080s, crucial m2.

Try turning of sunshafts under options.
Also type this in console without quotes "gfx pp enable 0"

You must have something configured wrongly. I have I5 9400F , 16GB RAM , GTX 1660 6GB and Im playing on High/Ultra settings.

4k Ultra settings on a GTX 1080, I get 60+ FPS all the time. This build performs way smoother then previous builds for me... The whole game feels smoother..

It's called "the latest experimental" I had to scroll down to the bottom of the list.

My PC may "only" be around 3k, but I have yet to notice a single drop below 110fps on 1440p, with all settings cranked to the max, above the ultra preset.

So,... I don't think your assessment with a 10k pc can be accurate.

I'm not super impressed by performance gains either, quality wise game looks better than ever, but one month ago I bought a new PC: AMD Ryzen 5 6-cores 3.6 ghz (can get to 4.0 ghz) 16gb HQ ram, Nvidia GTX 1650 4 (or 6?) gb, I can run it on high on almost every setting, close to at least 720p (little lower) and I get around 60 fps even but that really drops sometimes for no reason and stays there for a long time. This PC was expensive and I pretty much only play 7d2d but it will help for later alphas and maybe I should turn down a couple of settings. Maybe reinstall windows being that I used my previous HDD in my new computer. And drivers up-to-date.

Also, I think a lot of people here lie about their rig. Men (boys) usually do that with the lenght of something too.

Garbage graphics card, hopefully they didn't scalp you too bad. Though I guess it will cut it for 1080p.

On my average rig (see profile) A19 runs smoother than A18 so far.

@OP: it's VERY IMPORTANT to always update your graphics card drivers to the latest!
