Also the game is not even out of alpha, if you want them to get a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of complains even more than they already get, DLCs are the best way to go.
Sorry, I just had to stop reading right there
Also I agree with your statement, in part, about non-gamingchanging DLC's. Which is why I stated just one or two. Game developers need supplemental income. Especially if the community is demanding. It's not only fair, but reasonable, to boost their income if we demand more from them.
Sersiouly the prices of DLC these days are insane. Yet people even actively ask for more? What am i missing?
Just looking at games that sell skins for a character for 10-20 EUR - skins that are probably made by an intern within a few hours if its just different colors or a day by editing pre-existing rigged models ... People even pay 10-20 EUR for Map-Packs with few maps (for a game where the complete base game with probably 20 maps and everything else costs 40 EUR ...) - these days there are even games that will sell you ingame-currency for the SP mode ...
Sorry this really makes me speechless - also this kind of ruins my hobby since more and more games reduce cosmetics and even content ingame to sell them extra ...
But you cant even blame companies for doing that since who wouldnt sell almost worthless stuff (regarding production costs) for absurd prices with no risk?
I have to say that the measly 20 bucks I spent for this game way back when, has been repaid so much in so many ways that I would willingly throw more money at TFP just... well, just because. Do yourself a favor and look up the 7 Days to Die Mod Launcher.
making the game and telling you about it.
Games tend to be made several years before their showing in E3. E3 tends to be when they got a workable build that the devs think is good enough to show to the upper management if you discount the disaster game call anthem.
i gotta say, I wish they had kept to that target becasue in a lot of threads the answer to why they changed things so much starting with A13 almost always is 'took up too much computer resources so they had to change that'.
I think now its more of a MP effort game design
