Behemoth, yes: Behemoth Trap
Of course doesn't matter what you trap, leave area enough to unload chunk, or exit game and you'll likely lose your prisoner.
It would still require a drawbridge and exploit the lift effect created though. (in so much as Hatchevators, etc are exploits).
There are a few way using floating plates and/or drawbridges, you can even trap them with hatches.
The bigger issue is this: Screamers can only scream a few times before their screams no longer call zombies. It used to be possible in a15 to capture one and let her scream forever, but in a16 you will go through a bunch of trouble and end up with a dud screamer after just a few uses
If you want to screamer farm it's far easier to just set up a room either above or below ground with tons of forges in it. Turn them on and you will generate enough heat to constantly attract fresh screamers
I usually set up at least 12 forges and can attract hundreds upon hundreds of zombie kills per hour this way
When you are done just turn all the forges off and leave the area for it to cool down
Monty Pithons Black Knight comes to mind, "Its only a flesh wound !!"
