'No More Room in Hell' the free zombie game here on Steam has zombie kids and you can shoot them/machete them in the face/light them on fire, etc.But that was a free game so I'm not sure if the money factor is an issue or not.

Dying light has zombie babies. Silent hill had child mosters in the school. It's been done before and can be done again. IMO it should not even effect the ratings for this game given our stripper zombies, in game alchohal use, and the sheer amount of violence in it already.

Toddlers maybe. There are zombie toddlers in No More Room In Hell. There's zombie babies in Deadspace. So I don't see why not.

Back in Fallout 1-2 you could kill children. But you know some folks are vastly backwards about the realism of violence. Due to those groups with extreme views putting political pressure on the system is why we can not have those things. Yes the same people that say video games make you kill people in real life and do drugs.. the crazy religious people.

Some countries versions (UK included) just straight up removed the kids from the game to stop that, didnt even change the questlines involving them either which screwed parts of the game.

+1 to child/baby Z's though, they dont need to do anything special but wudnt it be horrible if the babies hung from the ceiling ready to drop on the unwary. :)

Be great just to have smaller low to the ground targets, lurking behind a desk, or chair, or some such thing. Already got zombies falling through the ceilings in A16. If it hasn't happened yet enjoy that when it does, I won't say where :P
