What happened to the cobblestone frames?

Cobblestone is used to make "flagstone" blocks now.

I didn't have a 1000 questions. And even if I did I wouldn't let you stop me from asking them since asking and answering questions is a perfectly reasonable use of a PUBLIC forum. Go create you own steam group and lurk there if you feel too good for me and my questions.

Make cobblestones from stone you mine like normal and from there make flagstone blocks and keep upgrading as you wish.

Cobblestone frames are removed from the game now.

Yeah it's a reasonable change. It reduces the amount of busywork to create simple walls and I never really cared for the flimsy look of the old frames.

If you did read the patch notes there would be other things in ther you dont currently know that could help you in game.

And honestly why wouldnt you want to read the patch notes on the largest most ambitious game changing update in the games history ???

Imagine if you were in outer space for 5 years, in that time EVERYTHING on earth had changed due to an alein invasion. You finally come back.............. are you telling me you wouldbt want to know ALL that has transpired or you would simply ask " have we been invaded " and NOT EVER ask any follow up questions ???

Knowledge of your surroundings cnt hurt you, why not get all the knowledge from a reliable source all at one time.

Since that beyond your scope of understanding theres a relevant quote you should learn

You no longer make frames for cobblestones you use the cobblestones themselves to make a flagstone blocks

Gawd asking questions on a forum, you should be sooooooooooooooooooooooooo ashamed. If you want to commit suicide over this incedent we will understand.

Anyway. I don't like that they got rid of the frames. Wood is harder to get early game so they pushed us to make flagstone instead. Flagstone is tougher than level 1 wood, but level 2 wood is less than cobblestone. Even though we can upgrade to Cobblestone, i fail to see the reason why i should not be able to make cobblestone blocks straight up. But its the direction we are being pushed into so i guess we will learn to deal.

True. It's now much harder to get started. I only used flagstone in the past to make decorative rooms. It feels really awkward to build my entire outer perimiter out of it in my new starter base.
