Motorcycle vs 4x4 Truck

Which one do you think is better? The 4x4 Truck has more space, but I have read that it is slower than the Motorcycle (although I don't know because I haven't crafted it, I always used to use the Motorcycle).

To the best of my knowledge, backed up with some quick double checking.. They do have different speeds.

Mind that, their normal speed is identical; But the 'sprint' speed is just a bit faster for the motorcycle at 14.

That said, Pick the one you want. I'm partial to the motorcycle for the extra speed unless i know i'll be moving bulk quantities of material; For which the 4x4's higher inventory size is more useful.

Then the bike is definitely superior for you. I find the little bit of extra speed, and much easier manoeuvring makes it much nicer to the bike out. Also, you can always make a box out on the street for later pickup if you do end up with too much loot.

I have considered also taking the 4x4 out stored in my bikes inventory. All the advantages of a bike, but if you really need the extra slots, pop out the 4x4 and store the bike for the journey home. Now I have a gyro though, so it’s pretty academic for me.

Personally, I use the 4x4 more then the motorcycle, simply because once you are clearing out T5 POI's you can be walking out with so much stuff that the 4x4 trunk space is necessary, but of course to each their own!

The Motorbike is faster, cheaper and its harder to get stuck with it because of its smaller size, so its pretty solid in Hill Areas which you cant access with the 4x4.

But if you dont care about the Price, always use Roads and realy need the Space, then go with the 4x4.

Yes, the 4x4 has a bigger storage bin.

Personally I prefer the Motorcycle, ESPECIALLY if you have to go off-road.
Just feels like the 4x4 is,...well,..."clunkier"? on off-road terrain.

Here's how I view each vehicle's role when I play:

Bicycle: skip altogether unless the need is dire.
Minibike: Primary vehicle until I get a motorcycle.
Motorcycle: Primary vehicle to get around in.
4x4: Used when hitting Tier V buildings and long trips for loot. Otherwise stick to the motorcycle.
Gyrocopter: Usually skip altogether unless I am on a map with lots of rugged terrain. Then it becomes critical.

I don't use it because it seems too op. I used it in my previous save and had a lot less fun. Maybe I'm weird xD

Thats fair, it does take any danger out of travel. Plus it can be use to cheeze certain POIs by landing on roofs.
