Bicycle Encumbrance?
We all know how encumbrance works. You carry too much and you go slow as a tortoise. But does this effect the bicycle as well? This includes filling up your own inventory and/or the bikes inventory. I've found that it feels like i'm sometimes going slower on the bike when i'm encumbered and sometimes i'm not. So is it just me or is it really a thing?
Note: I've only tested this on the bicycle, not any other vehicles.
