Very nice, though I think it was build in creative (or cheat mode). :-]
Valmond and others are working on a complete Medieval overhaul mod for 7DTD by the way.

Jost im not sure tbh mate but I do know his previous castle build was not creative mode (about day 300 ish mind you lol)

But even if it is I just think the design is incredible.

Im currently using valmod and have a large build myself but not 1% of how clever this was

If he did all that in survival then he would have posted a horde attack on the castle probably... ;-]

Also it seems this guy has a huge amount of free time, so I won't ever be able to even build 1/10th of what he was able to (even if I was so inspired)!

It's neat, but not the most technical, large, or amazing thing I have seen built in this game. I used to make bigger myself, but I've gotten lazy over the years and go for smaller and easier to defend. I doubt I will try for a huge build before the game is gold now. Too much effort with resets IMO.

yeah my conservative nature noticed a ton of wasted material. Why build the wall 25 blocks high when 8 will do just fine etc. Over time I've actually constructed smaller, more efficient bases as I've learned more.
