How do you pickup Workbenches and Cement Mixers now?

When I try breaking it apart with a wrench, i'm getting parts, I though there was a way now to actually pick it up if it's landclaimed?

You have to drop your land claim block and then hold the E on the item to pickup. Don't wrench it

Yes the landclaim block specifically has to be yours also, IE if a friend uses one then they have to pick it up whether you're allies or not, the same doesn't seem to apply to building frames though, it's a bit unintuitive.

u can only pick up items that have been crafted. you cannot pick up 'world created' ones

So if I found a cement mixer in a random house, I should just wrench it since there is no way to pick it up, even if I place a land claim?

you can't wrench it, it will be destroyed instead of "picked up"

Yea that's what I was initially doing until the house respawned the loot and the fertilizer I was crafting was gone. Should I just place a land claim to prevent respawning? Will that help?

you can't pick up any more things given by map. you have to craft yourself everything. with landclaim you can pick up things crafted by you ( workbench, mixer, etc ) the rest you find in the world .... wrench for materials and that is all.
