EAC timeout when trying to join a server

I tried pretty much everythign short of reinstalling steam and windows.
reinstalled the game, reinstalled eac AFTer reinstalling the game, flushed my DNS though ipconfig, heck even did a renew and I still am unable to join a server due to EAC timing out on the first stage. I never had this before till I updated to the stable A16 version. and I'm seriously have no clue what else there is what i can do to get the damn EAC to do his job.... and let me play

I just tried that, but sadly enough it did not fix my issue :/

Kicked by EAC: Authentication Failed
EAC message: Authentication timed out (1/2)

I'm about ready to just uninstall the game and forget about it.

You don't need to uninstall it, just run it without the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ EAC. Go in the game launcher and disable EAC in the options or run the game directly from the install directory with admin rights.

the server I usually play on has EAC though, singleplayer works fine I just want to join my buddies lol

Hmm... the only thing I can suggest is to try and reinstall EAC then. :-|

tried that, I DO manage to get on after I delete EVERYTHING remotely connected to 7dtd, if I want to reconnect after closeing the game I need to reinstall everythign from scratch to be able to connect again..... I know a temp fix but this is just BS that I need to reinstall the damn game everytime I want to play on my favorite server

Well, one thing would also be to put EAC in your anti-virus exclusion list, just in case your AV quarantines EAC files after each installation...
