the fix would be to change that weird anti-virus for something more common like AVG for exemple (AVG is free with paying premium version)
The EAC setup was denied access to install the service. To fix this, try running the EAC setup as Administrator by right clicking the program icon and choosing "Run as Admin". If the problem persists, the error could be related to an anti-virus blocking the operation. In this case, check that the anti-virus is up-to-date and try adding the game directory into the anti-virus exceptions list

Double click the EAC setup and uninstall before you try running it as admin (if you try this fix also).
