Disable EAC
How do I disable eac in singleplayer I am trying to install the backpack mod?

In the Steam 7DTD install directory there are two executables: use the one without EAC.
...or just use the game launcher and select "no EAC".

When you start up the game, and it shows 2 options to either play the game or show the game launcher. Open the launcher, there will be a setting in there that lets you disable EAC, and you may want to save that to default.

Hay thanks for the replys I was starting the game from the desktop icon so the launcher didn't show I launched it from the steam client and there ya go.
