How to get better tools and weapons?

What perk do i need to put a skill point in to make better weapons and tools?

attribute: Intellect, Craftmanship perks.

Intellect itself allows for faster and better quality crafting.

Craftmanship is more about spcific skills, like making bikes, guns, forges etc.

This is not a discussion, it's a question, the answer to which is literally displayed when he/she selects the perks and read what they do. While it might come across as unfriendly to you, reading these questions in turn comes across as entitled behavior to me. So we're all in the same boat, I guess :P
